Signature sponge

Infused vanilla bean sponge with our classic butter cream and choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve.

Fresh Lemon sponge

Zesty flavoursome sponge filled with traditional lemon curd and our classic butter cream.

Rich Chocolate cake

Rich dark moist chocolate cake made with the finest cocoa (70%), filled with either our classic chocolate butter cream or for that extra indulgence, Belgian chocolate ganache and salted caramel.

Traditional Rich Fruit cake

Rich, dark, fruit cake* infused with lashings of brandy and covered with marzipan*.

Mango & Passion fruit 

Infused mango & passion fruit sponge, filled with our classic butter cream.

Peach and Prosecco

Prosecco soaked sponge, filled with our classic butter cream and peach conserve.

Lime & Coconut

Coconut & lime sponge hints of Malibu, filled with our classic butter cream and key lime curd.

Almond sponge 

Almond Sponge*, filled with our classic butter cream and cherry conserve.

All of our cakes are coated in chocolate ganache to give the sharp professional desire.
